Add plenty of soft water, a clove of garlic, two sage leaves and a drizzle of good extra-virgin olive oil Toscano PGI.
Start cooking and regulate carefully the heat to boil slowly and constantly for about 80/90 minutes (for the dried but not soaked product).
It is recommended to remove it from the heat at least half an hour before serving the beans.
Add salt to taste and season with extra-virgin olive oil Toscano PGI.
