Lardo di Colonnata PGI: nutritional information and guidelines for its preservation

Lardo di Colonnata PGI is an imperishable product to be kept at a temperature ≤10° C.

Once it has been packaged it is recommended to refold the pigskin over the sliced part and wrap the slice in a damp cloth and keep it in a cool place.
