Its colour is very pale, from almost colourless to straw-yellow, its aroma is light and slightly persistent, fruity, sugar-candied like flowers, its taste is distinctly sweet, with very low acidity and without sourness and its aroma is very delicate, typically vanillascented, hardly persistent and tasteless.
It keeps for a long time at liquid state, it can eventually present a slight opalescence due to the formation of crystals, without reaching complete crystallization, however.
It is dark amber-coloured often with a reddish tonality, its aroma is quite strong and penetrating and its flavour is persistent, with a more or less marked sour component. It keeps for a long time at liquid state, it can present a very tardy and incomplete crystallization.
