Miele della Lunigiana PDO is found in glass jars with twist-off lids containing between 30 g and 1000 g. On the label there has to be the writing by law:

"Guaranteed by the Ministry for Agriculture, food and forestry according to art. 10 (EC) Regulation no 5102006. Product checked by BioAgricoop" followed by the operator’s code.

Miele della Lunigiana PDO has to be kept away from sources of light and heat, it does not require other precautions because, due to its characteristics, it is a product that can be preserved for a long time.
