Autumn delight

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of Lard of Colonnata PGI
  • 60 g of Lunigiana Chestnut Honey PDO
  • 16 Mount Amiata Chestnuts PGI au naturel

Proceeding

Break up into medium-size pieces the chestnuts and put them in a pan with some of their water and the honey. Heat it until it becomes quite a thick sauce. Put the lard on a serving dish, top with the sauce and serve immediately.
