Extra-virgin olive oil Toscano loaf

Ingredients

  • 250 g of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 lemon rind, grated
  • 400 g of flour
  • 200 g extra-virgin olive Oil Toscano PGI

Proceeding

Mix the sugar with the eggs, add a sachet of baking powder, the grated lemon rind, the flour and the extra-virgin olive oil Toscano. Put the smooth mixture in a greased pyrex dish and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
